Process and Pricing

1. Submit Your Ideas
   Send us your design ideas or sketches. We’ll create a preliminary draft to get things started.
2. Interactive Design Session
   Join us in-office or online for a real-time design session. You’ll see your ideas come to life and receive a rough draft to review.
3. Revisions & Updates
   Need changes? Just let us know via email, phone call, or images. We’ll revise the draft and send back an updated version for your approval.
4. Finalization
   Once your floor plan is finalized, we’ll move on to elevations. After you approve those, we’ll complete all elements of your plan.

$0.70 per sq. ft. for everything under roof
(includes covered porches, carports, garages)

Payment Schedule

• $1,000 deposit to start the process
• $1,000 (or remaining balance based on sq. ft.) when elevations are complete
• Final balance due upon plan completion
• Minimum charge: $1,000 per plan
• Metal Frame & Post Frame Cap: $2,500
• Stick Frame Plans: No price cap

• Floor plan
• 4 Elevation views (Front, Left, Right, Back)
• Electrical layout
• Roof plan (if needed)
• Foundation plan (if needed)
• Plumbing layout

Important Notes

• Truss design NOT included – it will be provided by your truss manufacturer or engineer. Most suppliers include the truss design as part of your package
• HVAC design NOT included.
  • We get this question a lot—HVAC design is not included, and here’s why:
    Each home’s heating and cooling system depends on factors like your climate, insulation, and the size/type of equipment your HVAC professional selects. Since those details vary, the HVAC layout is best handled by your installer.
• Stamped plans NOT provided — check local requirements
• Foundation plan is general and not site-specific
• Digital prints only — format: PDF (24′′ x 36′′)
• CAD files will NOT be released
• Contact a local print shop for hard copies
• Reasonable amount of revisions included
• Free sketch review before payment — just email it to us!

3D Rendering (Exterior Only): $500

• Must be done after plan finalization
• Additional changes after rendering = $500 per update

VR Experience: $500

• Can be added to the 3D Rendering (Exterior Only)
